• Year 1:
  Build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financial goals.
• Be a multiplier and lead by example.
• Attract and build a team.

• Year 2:
  Hold an official Leadership Role and mentor new advisors to build on what you have accomplished in Year 1.
• Continue to run your own Financial Planning Practice.

Year 3 and beyond:
We will discuss in your interview; you control the long‑term path.
