The Sr Financial Analyst works alongside the Financial Planning and Analysis team to provide strategic support to senior OTS management and corporate stakeholders. The primary responsibilities include managing finances and resources to identify potential risks and opportunities. This role uses data, tools, and techniques to optimize manufacturing costs while improving operational agility, scalability, and cost predictability.

- Reports current or expected financial performance and creates financial models to guide decision making
- Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls
- Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements
- EAC performance tracking / reporting
- Capture / Collect / Analyze key KPIs
- Capital expenditure tracking
- Departmental budget preparation and performance analysis
- Overhead performance monitoring
- Program rate / forward pricing analysis
- Monthly Current Estimate consolidation, review, and analysis
- Multiyear Strategic Plan consolidation, review, and analysis
- Headcount justification / analysis
- Required education and experience: Associate s Degree and 5-7 years experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Preferred education and experience: Bachelor s Degree
- Discipline/Major: Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking skills. Data management. Continuous improvement mindset. Statistical knowledge. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.
- Other: Proficient in MS Office (Excel / Macros, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with IFS and One Stream.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
No or very little travel likely.
