Public Attendant

• Withdraws and surrender radio unit from the Housekeeping Office and signs at the designated logbook. Checks radio unit if functioning efficiently
• Reads and initials logbook for follow up
• Responsible for the crystallization of marble flooring in the entire lobby including, main entrance, coffee shop, annex hallway and marble flooring in the front of elevator landing and marble flooring leading to back door hallway
• Responsible for general cleaning of Male and Female Guest CRs
• Responsible for the general dusting of all furniture in the entire lobby area
• Responsible for the general dusting of Front Office Counter, Bar Counter, Polishing of foot bar rest, dusting of F&B Cashier Counter, including coffee shop wooden walling and picture frames
• Responsible for the general dusting of elevator car from top to bottom
• Ensures thorough vacuuming of door mat at main entrance and backdoor hallway, washes them if necessary
• Responsible for the general cleaning of backdoor hallway ceiling, flooring, walling and baseboards
• Newspaper distribution in every floor landing
• Prepares accomplishment report. Reports all defects to Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper
• Complies with all policies and procedures set by the Management.
• Performs other duties as may be required from time to time.

At least college level

Willing to work in Ermita, Manila

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Experience as a Public Area Attendant is a plus
