Job Overview
This is a full‑time, onsite role supporting outage-related engineering work. The assignment is expected to last 2-4 months, with the potential for extension depending on project needs. Work location may be Bartow or Anclote, St. Petersburg, FL.

- Schedule engineering design activities, deliverables, and staffing resources
- Support outage planning by identifying schedule dependencies and required prerequisites
- Maintain the engineering work management program and ensure accurate workflow progression
- Collaborate with engineering superintendents and supervisors to track progress
- Coordinate activities between plant groups to support aligned execution
- Monitor engineering projects and outage tasks to ensure milestone and delivery commitments are met
- Provide detailed schedule status reports and resource allocation updates to engineering management
- Utilize multiple work management databases to maintain accurate schedule data
- Apply Engineering Change workflow processes to anticipate and prevent missed milestones
- Identify schedule risks, constraints, and potential impacts to outage timelines
- Minimum 3 years of engineering scheduling experience (required)
- Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software (preferred; highly desired)
- Strong understanding of engineering design processes and project workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outage-driven environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in work management systems, databases, and project scheduling tools
- Familiarity with resource allocation principles and project controls
- Primavera P6 Proficiency - Required for developing and maintaining complex engineering and outage schedules
- Critical Path Analysis - Essential for identifying and managing key schedule dependencies
- Resource Leveling - Important for ensuring appropriate labor utilization across multiple concurrent tasks
- Risk Management - Necessary to identify, mitigate, and communicate schedule impacts and risks
