Position: Part-time Field Service Representative - HF-TTL (Africa)

***** Job Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:*
* · Mentor and advice senior military personnel on various equipment, technical capabilities and employment Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) for utilizing HF-TTL equipment.
· Assist in the development and implementation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) for employing HF-TTL devices based on equipment capabilities and other critical factors.
· Provide technical expertise and support in testing and installing audio and video server applications.  
· Coordination with Nightwing headquarters for specialized program support.
· Provide technical expertise and operational perspective for new equipment and integration efforts.
· Conduct research and develop best practices.

* Required Skills:

*
* · Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance / SCI
· Retired or former Special Operations soldier 5 years of United States military experience in a similar capacity.
· Recent combat experience.
· Experience with or technical information collection equipment to support War on Terrorism objectives.
· Experience with web-based applications including, but not limited to:
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and various viewing software programs such as:
Falcon View, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets and Trips, and Map Printability.

Must be able to travel independently and operate for periods of time without supervision.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
· Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products.
· Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
· Must be able to carry a 35-pound load with no assistance.
· CONUS and OCONUS travel requirements to support Unit.

** Typically requires:
** A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions. Active and transferable Active U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
