, including children with diverse abilities.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Preschool Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and inclusion. If you’re looking for a meaningful role where your work truly impacts children and families every day, this may be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll play a key role in nurturing each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development through engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe, supported, and valued
• Planning and leading engaging lessons using the Creative Curriculum
  , including music, art, sensory play, and hands-on learning
• Supporting children with diverse needs using positive behavior support strategies
• Tracking developmental progress using Teaching Strategies Gold
• Building strong partnerships with families through open communication and conferences
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records to support individualized learning
• Collaborating with fellow teachers, therapists, and leadership as part of a mission-driven team
• Following Pinellas County Childcare Licensing Standards and all safety requirements

Our classrooms are staffed based on children’s needs, not just minimum ratios
, allowing you to focus on quality care, strong relationships, and meaningful instruction.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate Degree in a related field or CDA (Child Development Associate)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with preschool-age children
• Experience supporting children with disabilities in an educational or childcare setting
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., active supervision)

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• A genuine passion for working with children and families
• Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to inclusion
• Knowledge of developmental delays and disabilities (e.g., ASD, ADHD, sensory needs)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Schedule varies based on classroom placement and business needs
• On-site position
