Anesthesiology - Anesthesiologist Chief

Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified Vice Chief Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join our team hony's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL.

Minimum experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time leadership opportunity to join the well-established group of 11 physicians and 36 CRNAs. This team, which has been in existence since 1984, provides a full range of anesthesia services including general, vascular, orthopedic, plastics, robotics, neurology and specialized ambulatory surgery management.

The Vice Chief Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires
