As a Dentist at GEDC, you will conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and perform dental procedures. You will collaborate with a multi‑provider practice, maintain an established patient base, and consistently attract new patients.

• Potential salary of $200,000–350,000+ per year for full‑time
• Minimum 32% of production based on experience and clinical capabilities

• Location:
  
  Rotating in 2 offices located in St. Petersburg, FL
  • Feather Sound: 400 Carillon Pkwy, Ste 120
  • Pinellas Park: 5002 73rd Ave N
• Schedule:
  
  Fulltime, 4 days/week — 2 days in Feather Sound and 2 days in Pasadena
• Multi‑provider practice with an established patient base and consistent new patient volume

• Clinical expertise – Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced procedures; perform routine exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
• Treatment planning – Develop comprehensive plans based on patient needs and preferences; educate patients on options.
• Patient care – Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care and build positive relationships.
• Leadership and collaboration – Work with assistants, hygienists, and staff; guide treatment protocols.
• Adherence to protocols – Follow established infection‑control, safety measures, and referral guidelines.

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited school
• Active and unrestricted dental license
• Proficiency in routine procedures – examinations, cleanings, restorative treatments
• Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education
