Mechanical and/or Plumbing Project Manager –
Location:
St Petersburg, FL (On-site). Compensation: $100K- $115K. Employment:
Full-Time. High-Rise, Large-Scale Construction Projects.

Must‑HaveRequirements
- 5–15 years of similar project experience
- Experience in new construction, multifamily high‑rise mechanical and/or plumbing
- Hospital project experience may be acceptable,
but high‑rise experience strongly preferred - Must have similar project size experience
- Current plumbing projects include large‑scale high‑rise builds (e.g., 38‑story buildings, $10–$20M project values, 2–4 years in duration)
- Must be a true leader able to guide a PM and team of 3 APMs
- Looking for 10 years average experience
- Lead end‑to‑end management of large‑scale mechanical and/or plumbing projects, from kickoff through close‑out
- Oversee project financials, budgets, job cost visibility, labor planning, and forecasting
- Manage KPIs tied to Safety, Customer Satisfaction, and Gross Profit
- Direct and mentor project team members, including PMs and APMs, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high performance
- Coordinate scopes, schedule, materials, subcontractors, and client communication
- Utilize technology for project KPI tracking, estimating, and change orders
- Ensure all work aligns with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Drive project delivery excellence while proactively resolving issues and maintaining project momentum
- Oversee final punch lists, documentation, and lessons learned
- Tenure: No more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years (or since graduating)
- Location:
- Must work onsite Monday–Thursday
- Optional remote Friday
- If relocating, confirm status and any assistance needs
