Overview
Title: Freelance Business Coordinator I
Industry: Beauty & Cosmetics
Location: St Petersburg, FL
Duration: 3 months, starting ASAP
- Respond and resolve administrative inquiries and cases
- Data Entry and class record maintenance
- Data updates and loading, including daily ticket sales
- Supports full education team, including Digital, with class record maintenance and facilitation
- Execute product orders
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including both speaking and listening.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel/Word
- Salesforce and SAP skill set would be highly preferred
- High attention to detail

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
