General Clerk; Security Clearance

Position: General Clerk (5513) with Security Clearance
OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a General Clerk in Saint Petersburg, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

* Provide clerical support using Microsoft Office applications.
* Use scanning software for document imaging and records management.
* Perform accurate data entry.
* Answer incoming calls and provide customer service support.
* Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail; process mass mail-outs.
* Scan, file, and maintain documents in accordance with agency procedures.
* Support timekeeping processes and ensure accurate record maintenance.
* Assist with travel and logistics coordination in compliance with federal travel regulations.
* Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Position Requirements :

* Minimum Education:

High School Diploma
* Minimum Relevant

Experience:
