Hybrid | Saint Petersburg, FL

Pay: $27.92/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Education Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support a dynamic education team. This role is ideal for someone with strong critical thinking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for accuracy and organization. You’ll play a key role in supporting educational programs, managing data, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute product orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and cases
  • Perform data entry and maintain class records and documentation
  • Update and load data, including daily ticket sales
  • Review and process educator expense approvals
  • Support the full education team, including digital initiatives, with class coordination and record maintenance
  • Create selling tools and materials, including class flyers
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and strong critical thinking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word (required)
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP (highly preferred)
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work independently
