• Oversee billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition to ensure compliance with contracts and company policies.
• Manage month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and credit card/expense reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records to support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Partner with the Executive Team on accounting projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise and mentor a team of three Finance Team Members.
• Prepare and present strategic financial reports.
• Lead budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
• Oversee payroll operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience preferred
