Senior Accountant

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 DOE

• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• The Senior Accountant will prepare and review financial statements, reports, and variance analyses
• Manage general ledger activities and ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Partner closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation and controls
• The Senior Accountant will support process improvements and help streamline accounting workflows
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-office environment
