• Operate company‑owned road tractors, van trailers, scrap haulers, roll‑off truck, lugger truck, and other equipment to service a local customer base (home every night).
• Maintain a Class A license, clean MVR, and participate in DOT‑required random procedures.
• Maintain adherence to required productivity standards for the department to ensure all customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
• Identify unsatisfactory scrap containers and tag containers in accordance with applicable departmental procedures.
• Secure loads.
• Comply with workplace safety practices/standards and DOT regulations.

• Must have a Class A CDL driver license.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Must have two years of verifiable tractor/trailer or roll‑off driving experience.
• No on‑road preventable accidents during the past three years as shown on the motor vehicle record.
• No more than one moving violation on the MVR in the previous three years.
• High School Diploma or GED.
