You will diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

• Educate homeowner on what services are needed and why, prior to starting work.
• Build rapport with the homeowner and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide a thorough evaluation of the electrical system with the customer and develop a variety of options to meet customer needs.
• Exhibits a safety-first approach during all work activities.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Perform general electrical maintenance and safety inspections
• Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
• Repair & replace defective equipment, components & wiring.
• Discusses electrical system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions.
• Service/installation to the UL specifications
• Take detailed notes of work prior, during, and after completed work. Go over invoice with customer and collect payment.
• Ensures the homeowner receives a Five Star experience during the service visit.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• 3-5 years of residential service experience preferred.
• Follow national, State & Local electrical codes
• Ability to represent the Jerry Kelly brand in a positive way
• You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
• Demonstrate Leadership in a group setting
• Ability to work in a team environment
• May climb ladders or stand on equipment off the ground
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Good driving record
• No criminal record
• Insurable driver’s license
• Class E driver’s license required within 30 days of hire
• No visible tattoos (must be covered up while working)
• No traveling required
