YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you serve as the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand, ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective floorset, marketing, and merchandising updates, along with maintaining a “guest ready” environment through timely replenishment. You bring keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and a commitment to our company values and authentic workplace culture.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering an outstanding guest experience by keeping the store aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead floorset execution: train and coach the floorset team, set productivity goals, and ensure all areas of the store meet floor‑set standards—from uppers and bust‑forms to tables and wardrobe displays.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and executing plans with leadership.
• Ensure the merchandising team maintains a culture of recognition, celebrates wins, and keeps the guest experience as a top priority.
• Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, support shrink‑reducing strategies, and comply with all AEO policies and procedures.
• Partner with the team to drive productivity and meet established goals.
