• Assist with the daily operations of the assigned store, including merchandising and supporting customers.
• Cross‑train to support the cash register and front‑end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock displays as required.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store: restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and keep all areas tidy.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment, interacting professionally with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions while operating assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer‑service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Work lifting 30–50 lbs from floor to shoulder height; frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, repetitive lifting; reasonable accommodation available.
• Excellent customer‑service and relationship‑management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.
