Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1035) e involves assisting guests, operating as a front-line representative, and supporting store operations.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks
• Assist guests in solving specific needs and provide information about current promos, store activities, and events
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Educate guests on using features of the Target App, including Wallet, and guide enrollment and usage of Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering
• Handle returns following store policies and consult with Leaders as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies during store hours
• Comply with safety policies and report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up, and related duties while complying with applicable laws
• Perform other duties based on business needs

• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance
