The Sous Chef role supports resident and guest outcomes and the overall experience by managing meal preparation, kitchen operations, and ensuring quality nutrition and service in a skilled nursing setting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage kitchen operations for SNF/LTC dietary services
• Collaborate with culinary and caregiving teams to deliver high-quality meals
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with menu planning and cost controls
• Train and supervise kitchen staff as assigned

• Team management/leadership/scheduling required

• Sous Chef experience required
