Description:

The Registered Nurse will provide essential medical and surgical care to patients.
They will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions and administering medications.
The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Patient ratios are typically 1:5-6.
The nurse must be willing to float to various departments to accommodate facility needs.
Weekend and holiday rotations will be required based on department requirements.
Candidates should have experience with non-invasive airway management and feeding tube care.
All duties must be performed while adhering to established policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience as a charge nurse is preferred.
Additional skills, such as chemotherapy administration and monitoring, are highly valued.
Candidates must be open to working in a fast-paced environment.
This role may also involve administrative tasks related to patient care.
The nurse will engage in ongoing education and training as necessary.
