Job Overview

DaVita is seeking a Nurse to provide life‑saving care in an outpatient dialysis center. The role focuses on delivering compassionate care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. • No dialysis experience required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after training.
• Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with support from PCTs, conducting patient observations and equipment set‑up.
• Work with heart, head, and hands in a fast‑paced environment.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school required; BSN, or a three‑year diploma from an accredited program may substitute for a nursing degree.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
