Our starting wage for Wellness Nurse Managers is $33.00 - $35.00 per hour. Shift

Schedule:

Week 1 – Monday, Saturday, Sunday;
Week 2 – Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm–7am. On Call Rotation:
One Saturday or Sunday a month. The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters is located at 500 Bluff stone Circle, St. Peters, Missouri 63304.

• Be a Superior Supervisor:
  In the absence of department heads, oversee the building, lead the Wellness team, and collaborate with other departments to ensure quick, reliable, and person-centered care.
• Be a Force on the Floor:
  Model leadership, be available to assist with call lights and resident requests, and demonstrate urgency prioritizing resident needs.
• Diligent Documenter:
  Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and file them correctly.
• Compassionate Caregiver:
  Uphold Arrow’s core values in every interaction so residents feel safe and cared for.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Missouri.
• Direct (hands-on) nursing care experience, including medication passes as needed.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations, with comprehension of current medication regulations and law.
• Knowledge of requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude with a genuine LOVE for residents.
• Physical ability: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day; ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assisting after a fall; criminal background check clearance is required.
