Production Saw Operator to join our team!

Work FOUR DAYS per week on 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.) and earn an additional hourly premium of $3.00/hour.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with manufacturing processes, inspection tools, and has a basic understanding of how to inspect parts. If you have math skills, familiarity with programming and the ability to make minor changes, and blueprint reading skills, we are interested in meeting you.

• Read and interpret blueprints, planning, sketches for material prep.
• Set-up simple fixtures, stops, and other aids to facilitate operation.
• Perform in-process inspections on all parts.
• Interface with Quality Assurance personnel regarding inspection criteria and results.
• Conform to all requirements of Seyer Industries Quality System and any and all customer invoked quality requirements (AS9100, for example).
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with 6S standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
