Admissions & Marketing Director – St. Peters Rehab

St. Peters Rehab is seeking a dynamic Admissions & Marketing Director to join our team. This dual role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with skilled nursing admissions experience and a passion for census growth, relationship-building, and exceptional customer service.

Full-time
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (flexible as needed)

• Manage the full admissions process, including referral intake, financial verification, tours, and admissions paperwork.
• Conduct on-site patient evaluations and follow up on referrals in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources.
• Complete daily sales calls and bedside sales to support census and quality mix goals.
• Represent the facility at community meetings and networking events.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to meet census and referral goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for patients and families.

• 2–3 years of admissions and/or marketing experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of managed care and long-term care referral processes preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and marketing systems.
• Professional, customer-focused, and able to maintain confidentiality.
