Memory Care Support Partner

Starting wage:
Memory Care Support Partners is $19.00–$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

We are looking for someone like you to join The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters team.

• To be an Advocet of Empathy:
  Understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• To be a Patient Observer:
  Discover residents’ interests and abilities, collaborate to create engagement plans, and implement strategies with patience to ensure success.
• To be a Master of the Mise en Scène:
  Set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms to support the resident experience.
• To be a Life Partner:
  Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• To be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
• To assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will love our residents.
• You will possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about our residents.
• You must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop daily.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assisting after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
