FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Saint Peters is expanding our medically based wellness services and is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist (Independent Contractor) to collaborate within our physical therapy clinic.

This opportunity is ideal for a massage therapist who enjoys working in a clinical, recovery-focused environment and values flexibility, autonomy, and a steady client flow without the overhead of running their own facility.

You will provide therapeutic and neuromuscular massage services to cash-pay clients within our FYZICAL clinic. Services are positioned as part of a broader wellness and recovery offering that complements physical therapy, while remaining clearly distinct from physical therapy services.

This is not an employee position
. The massage therapist will work as an independent contractor under a structured collaboration model.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness, and be able to convey the benefits of massage therapy
• Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
• Knowledge of other modalities/certifications a plus
• Must be customer service oriented
• Positive attitude, team player
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Educates the clients on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use

Skills & Qualifications

• Active Missouri massage therapy license
• Professional liability and general liability insurance
• High-quality therapeutic, neuromuscular, or recovery-focused massage services
• Your own client development (existing or new clients welcome)
• Adherence to FYZICAL brand, professionalism, and wellness standards
