Overview

We are seeking a Provisionally Licensed Therapist at the Ellie Mental Health - Saint Peters, Missouri location who is aligned with making a positive impact in our community. We are a locally owned and operated clinic whose mission is to improve and expand access to quality mental healthcare in our area. A competitive income potential of $55,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year comprised of a base salary, commission, and bonuses.

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Provisionally licensed mental health professional (MSW, MFT, LMHC, PLPC) valid in the state of Missouri.
• Training in completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Growing ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Growing ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
• Learning to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Ability to do some telehealth sessions from your home.
• Other responsibilities that are meaningful and important to the role.
