We are seeking a Licensed Therapist at the Ellie Mental Health
- Saint Peters, Missouri location who is aligned with making a positive impact in our community. We are a locally owned and operated clinic whose mission is to improve and expand access to quality mental healthcare in our area. A competitive income potential of $66,000.00 - $78,000.00+ per year comprised of a base salary, commission, bonuses and benefits.

- Full licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) valid in the state of Missouri.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Growing ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Electronic Health Record systems and experience with MS Office 365.
- Ability to have telehealth sessions from home or other secure location.
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Participate in clinic group meetings and case load discussions.
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week.
- Other duties as assigned and meaningful to the role.
