Base pay range: $20.70/hr - $33.70/hr

Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital proudly serves families in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties. The 102-bed community hospital offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including Siteman Cancer Center, Breast Health and Women’s Center, Cardiology Center, Neurosurgery Center, and Outpatient Surgery and Endoscopy Center. The Pastoral Care team provides direct patient/family care, spiritual consultation, ethical guidance, and community learning opportunities such as grief support.

• Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families.
• Consult the care team on spiritual issues, resources, and ethics.
• Offer pastoral care to staff and physicians as needed.
• Contribute to professional spiritual care by conducting research, publishing, and presenting workshops at professional meetings.

• Education: Master’s Degree in Theology or related field.

  • 1 Unit ACPE CPE or equivalent.
  • Board Chaplain APC, NACC, AJC.
  • Ordination or eligibility.
