If you've walked the path of recovery and want to help others do the same, this is your opportunity to turn your journey into purpose. You'll be part of the Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) team that values your voice and the power of shared experience.
About the ITCD Program:
The Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) program provides specialized, person-centered care for individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use disorders. Through a holistic, team-based approach, the program focuses on treating the whole person—not just symptoms—by integrating behavioral health and addiction services into a unified treatment plan.
As a Peer Specialist on the ITCD team, you’ll use your lived experience to walk alongside individuals in recovery, helping them build hope, develop coping strategies, and stay engaged in care. This is a great opportunity for someone who:
believes that recovery is possible for everyone
wants to make a difference by encouraging others to take charge of their wellness
eager to use their lived experience to inspire hope & resilience in others

Support individuals in building confidence, resilience, and community connections
Assist with goal-setting and navigating treatment and support systems

You’ll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You:
Are in recovery and want to use your story to inspire others
Understand the importance of peer connection, self-determination, and community support
Are empathetic, reliable, and able to build trusting relationships
Communicate openly and respectfully with others from all walks of life
