Position: Care Partner
Position Type: Part Time
Location: St. Peters, Missouri
Starting Wage: $18–$20 per hour

Wednesday 7p–7a
Location (facility): The Boulevard Senior Living, St. Peters located at 500 Bluff stone Circle, St. Peters, Missouri 63304
Responsibilities- To be an “Advocate of Empathy”: understand the importance of empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.

- To be an “Engaged Egghead”: be curious, ask questions, and engage in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
- To be “Proactive”: assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for caring for residents.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
- Must be active (standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day).
- Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to assist after a fall.
- Criminal background clearance.
