We create futures for children, families, and communities. As a Career Educator, you will be part of a team that supports the growth of young learners, offering early education and child care through Kinder Care Learning Centers, Champions, and Crème de la Crème.
When you join our team as a Teacher you will:
- Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
- Implement Kinder Care's curriculum consistently with the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
- Support your center’s success and partner with staff and leadership around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
- Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Required
Skills and Experience:
- Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task.
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
- Approved state trainer (preferred).
- 2‑3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
- Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children.
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
