• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and accurate information
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction

• Previous customer service insurance experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
