GM Certified Technician

Suntrup Auto is seeking a skilled GM Certified Technician to join our team in St. Peters, MO. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining General Motors vehicles to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, be detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent workmanship.

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on GM vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and repair needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest GM vehicle technologies and repair techniques.

• Valid GM certification as a Technician REQUIRED.
• Proven experience in automotive repair, specifically with GM vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be located in or willing to commute to St. Peters, MO.
