Pediatric LPN or RN – Private Duty Nursing

Location: St.Pete
Shift: 7:00 AM– 7:00 PM | 12‑hour shifts | 2 days a week
Client: 17‑year‑old child with specialized care needs
Pay range: $28‑$33

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse to provide one‑on‑one, in‑home care for a pediatric client. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled in G‑tube management, and comfortable with overnight care.

• G‑tube feedings, flushes, and medication administration
• Nebulizer treatments
• Safe transfers (client is wheelchair‑bound and a fall risk)
• Monitoring and support throughout the night

• Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
• Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
• In compliance with state and Federal regulations
• CPR
• Valid AHCA / level two background screening
• TB test showing a negative result
• Pediatric and/or home care experience preferred
• Experience with G‑tube and mobility assistance
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and provide high‑quality care
