We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at our location in St Pete Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be attentive, courteous, efficient, friendly, helpful, polite, professional, and responsible. They must possess strong multitasking skills, empathy, and be detail-oriented. A strong understanding of the local area is required to assist guests with recommendations and directions.
Responsibilities:- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist guests with any requests or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide information about the local area and attractions
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the St Pete Beach area
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
