The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations through accurate picking, packing, inventory management, and shipping activities. This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient material handling, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do- Assist with inventory control by stocking, labeling, and rotating materials.
- Move stock between bins to ensure accurate placement and identification.
- Participate in year‑end cycle counts and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Print, pick, and stage customer orders for shipment (truck, ground, and air).
- Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before shipment.
- Prepare pallets and documentation for domestic and international freight
. - Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and schedule carrier pickups.
- Serve as a backup shipper using UPS World Ship, Fed Ex Ship Manager
, and ERP systems. - Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and banders
. - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of warehouse experience
- Two or more years of experience operating stand‑up forklifts preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the day
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse shipping systems
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- On‑site role – position is required to work on‑site 100% of the time.
