Position SummaryAs a Senior Rail Logistics Coordinator a t EMR, you’ll play a key role in supporting our business operations, driving initiatives and moving material efficiently to support the business. You’ll serve as the point person for facilitating and negotiating rail logistics while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze logistics data, identify and predict deviations, and capitalize on improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the company and carriers, facilitating communication regarding demerge, process, and deviations.
- Manage end to end accounts and authorize final approval to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for rail movements.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related field
- Equivalent work experience to degree requirements
- 5+ years of progressive supply chain and logistics experience with direct management or accountability
- Proficient with logistics software, inventory management software, and Microsoft Suite
- Pay range $95,000-$135,000, full‑time, year‑round
