Minivan School Driver

We are seeking drivers to transport students in our vans to and from school around the Twin Cities part time, starting from your driveway each shift.

• $23+/hr total including bonuses for safe, dedicated, and reliable Minivan Drivers.
• Start from your driveway = no commute! (for fully available drivers)
• Jobs are offered to ALL qualified applicants.
• Employment Type:
  
  Part-Time, Split Shift, and Seasonal - Follows the School Calendar.
• Required availability: 6:00am-9:45am and 1:00pm-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. You will only be driving about 2 to 2.5 hours each shift on average. *(if fully available, take the van home after some training)
• No experience is necessary.

• Check in and out with Dispatch on a 2-way radio app each shift on time.
• Inspect the vehicle per DOT standards at least 1x per workday and enter inspection report into a Tablet.
• Transport students to and from schools and/or school programs safely and on time each and every day school is in session.
  • In the morning, bring the students into school, then take a long break in the middle of the day.
  • In the afternoon, take the students home from school
  • This will total about 4-5 hours per school day
• Check email before and after each shift and at end of day for schedule updates, and respond appropriately.
• Communicate with Dispatch on 2-way, phone, and email as needed.

• Minimum 4 hours paid per day worked when fully available for both AM & PM shifts.
• Paid from check-in time, which starts from your driveway (after training).
• Paid Training.

• Pass a DOT physical
• Clean Drug Screen, MVR (motor vehicle record), & Background.
• Have a valid drivers license.
• Be able to follow all driving laws correctly and safely.
• Pass a written quiz.
• Pass a Driving test with our trainer.
• Pass a Vehicle Inspection test with our trainer.
