Bulldog Truck Driver at Mansfield Energy Corp

Overview

We are looking for a Non‑CDL Bulldog Truck Driver to join our fuel department in Oakdale, MN. This role provides fuel delivery experience and supports your path to obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) after successful completion of the position and meeting all requirements.

Minimum Requirements
  • Valid Class C driver’s license.
  • Site‑specific training will be provided.

  • Vehicle maintenance without assistance.

Shift

Evening/Night shift – starting around noon, with overtime pay. Night shift offers extra pay, less traffic, and fewer distractions.

Responsibilities
  • Safely transport fuels using a non‑CDL bulldog truck.
  • Observe DOT regulations and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Ensure products are hauled safely and appropriately.
  • Verify directions with plant personnel for accurate delivery.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and achieve high satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of equipment.
  • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections on vehicles and equipment.
  • Conduct basic vehicle maintenance tasks and report defects or damages.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Perform walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing as required.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
