Job Description Daily Responsibilities As A Delivery Driver

• Safely drive and operate a company-provided cargo van
• Navigate routes with the help of GPS throughout the Twin Cities metro
• Stay active and self-motivated while delivering 100-250+ packages daily
• Step into and out of the vehicle 200+ times daily while maintaining a consistent pace
• Execute basic movements such as walking, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing.
• Engage with customers courteously and professionally
• Ensure you are taking "Safety First" precautions while driving and delivering, still maintaining an efficient pace
• Ability to problem solve and have a strong sense of independence
• Ability to perform and drive in a wide range of weather conditions (Rain, Snow, Winds, Heat, Cold)
• Ability to follow directives provided and accept constructive feedback

• Cycle 2 12:35pm-9:05pm
• Future opportunity to transition to 5:45 am - 4:15 pm or 8:00am-6:30pm based on company availability
• Full-time:
  Work 4 days a week, 10 Hours daily
• Part-time:
  Work 2 to 3 days a week, 10 hours daily.
• FT/PT must be available to work one weekend day per week, Saturday or Sunday.

• Must be 21 and older
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
• Pass a background and drug screening (No THC testing required)
• Require one weekend day per week (Saturday OR Sunday)
• Authorized to work in the US
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Work 10 hours on your scheduled days starting at 9:00 AM.
