CDL A Dry Van OTR Driver Pay & Benefits
- 1,600–2,600 weekly average.
- 0.60 CPM – 3,000–4,000 miles per week; all miles paid (loaded + empty).
- Weekly direct deposit (Mon–Mon pay period, paid every Friday).
- 1099 position.
- Late‑model trucks (2020–2026) – Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, International.
- Paid drug test and flight to orientation.
- Orientation completed in just a few hours.
- 24/7 dispatch & driver support.
- Family‑style company culture – not just a truck number.
- Valid CDL A & 2+ years verifiable CDL A experience.
- Clean Clearinghouse.
- Willing to stay out 2–3 weeks at a time, depending on home location.
