In these positions you will:- Provide high quality customer service and create a positive experience for guests and team members
- Prioritize guest and staff safety through proper rule enforcement
- Assist guests by answering questions
- Help with facility upkeep
- Attend required pre-season training workshops and staff meetings and in-service trainings
- Work special events
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be 15 years of age by date of hire
- Some positions may require you to be 17+ years of age
- Must have completed 9th grade or equivalent in 2025
- Ability to regularly stand, talk and listen/hear while performing work expectation
- Ability to work early morning, daytime, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays
Minimum qualifications may vary based on position

- Some positions may require the following:
- Current Red Cross Lifeguarding certification
- Current Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor certification
- First Aid/CPR
- Previous participation in aquatic programming (swim/dive team, swim lessons, etc.)
The work environment is both indoors and outdoors and can involve contact with variable weather. The employee will be required to work in all weather conditions experienced in Eagan during the months of May – September. Weather conditions encountered may include air temperatures from
-30°F to 100°F, and heat indexes to 110°F, rain, snow, sleet, wind, etc.
Flexible hours; 20-30+ hours per week. Shifts may include early morning, daytime, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays. Positions available mid-May through early September.
