QA Automation Engineer

We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to reimagine quality assurance in an AI-native development environment. You'll partner with engineering leadership to shape our QA strategy as AI transforms how software is built and tested. We want a strong coder who's passionate about quality engineering and excited to grow with us as we experiment with AI-assisted approaches to testing.

• Partner with engineering leadership to define and evolve our QA strategy
• Build and scale automated testing infrastructure across the platform, from CI/CD pipelines to end-to-end coverage
• Discover and adopt tomorrow's QA practices before they become today's industry standard, with a focus on AI-driven approaches
• Ensure quality across all aspects of our software platform
• Investigate test failures and production issues, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Strong programming skills (Type Script, Python, or Rust)
• Experience with or strong interest in test automation
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools

• Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, or similar)
• A strong understanding of API testing best practices
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Background in loyalty, advertising, or e-commerce
