Range: $22.66–$24.07 Per Hour
HoursDuring the school year – 10am‑7pm Monday‑Thursday, 4 hrs admin Friday. June‑September – 9am‑5pm
Position3>Service Coordinator – Tier 1 at Skyline Tower site in Saint Paul, MN.
Responsibilities- Support and implement resident‑centered services and promote community building and engagement through advocacy, crisis intervention, and supportive services.
- Conduct strengths‑based assessments and develop person‑centered planning to address resident needs and goals.
- Link residents with community‑based services and assist residents in mitigating barriers to accessing resources.
- Respond to individual resident crises in consultation with supervisor.
- Collaborate with third‑party property management partners to support resident housing stability.
- Inform residents of home base site(s) of important information and programming opportunities through a monthly newsletter.
- Gather resident ideas on programming and services they want to see and involve them in activities and programs within their housing community.
- Model healthy team interactions and participate effectively as a coequal member of a team of service coordinators.
- Maintain timely, accurate, complete, and secure resident records and proficiency in ETO data systems.
- Engage in constructive problem solving, conflict resolution, and provide information needed by other team members in a timely and effective manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years experience in social services or related field (internship or volunteer experience acceptable).
- Basic interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 and willingness to learn ETO system.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid or become certified within six months of starting position.
- Some college coursework in human services preferred.
- Previous experience working within diverse communities, which include people of various ages, gender, sexual orientations, national origins, income levels, ability levels, religious affiliations, races, and languages.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to file documents.
- Ability to enter data into a computer.
- Ability to interact verbally with internal and external audiences.
- Must be willing and able to travel between sites using personal vehicle.
