We are seeking a skilled Residential / Light Commercial Painter with drywall experience to join our growing team. This role involves interior and exterior painting along with basic drywall repair and finishing.

• Perform interior and exterior painting using proper techniques (brush, roller, spray when applicable)
• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, patching, and priming as needed
• Perform basic drywall repairs including patching holes, cracks, nail pops, and minor texture matching
• Mix, match, and apply paints, primers, stains, and protective coatings
• Use caulk, joint compound, putty, or plaster to repair surfaces prior to painting
• Identify proper materials and quantities for each project
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards
• Perform daily maintenance and care of tools and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential or commercial painting
• Drywall repair experience required (basic to intermediate)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation between job sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs of equipment
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
