An established, award-winning HVAC & plumbing company serving the Twin Cities Metro and Western Wisconsin is seeking an experienced
* Lead HVAC Installer
* to join our growing team. We are known for quality workmanship, strong values, and investing in our people.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
* Install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork, and mini-splits
* Supervise and mentor installers and apprentices
* Ensure work meets local codes and company quality standards
* Perform system start-ups and verify proper operation
* Communicate professionally with customers and project managers
* Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience as a
* Lead HVAC Installer
* * Proven ability to lead and manage installation crews
* * Current Minnesota Competent Person Card (Comp Card) required
* * EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
* Strong HVAC technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Ability to lift equipment and work in various conditions
