Pay: $22.00 – $28.00/hr

A prominent family-owned company is seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to assist with new build projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prefab framing, including trusses, walls, and floors, and should be capable of working independently as well as part of a crew. Proper measurement, cutting, and assembly of framing lumber will be essential duties.

• Perform prefab framing tasks, including trusses, walls, and floors.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a crew.
• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble framing lumber.
• Utilize basic construction tools such as a tape measure and nail gun.
• Attend a safety orientation on the first day at Hugo and be on site daily.

• 1 year of stick/wood framing experience.
• Proficiency in prefab framing and framing carpentry.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Capability to haul own tools.
• Reliable transportation.

• Experience in commercial construction and general labor.
• Knowledge of rough carpentry and truss work.

The work environment involves new commercial builds, multifamily builds, and new development projects. The shift is from 7 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured and consistent schedule.

This is a Permanent position based out of St Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in St Paul, MN.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 28, 2026.
