Ultimate Auto Glass and Electronics has provided over 20 years of glass and electronic automotive services. Come be a part of a rapidly growing company known for the highest quality repairs. We are hiring a full-time Auto Glass Technician to install glass and complete repairs.

• Standard hours of operation 8 am‑5 pm Monday – Friday, closed on weekends

• If you’re looking to expand your skills beyond installations, Ultimate will offer full glass recalibration training and provide top industry tooling

• Perform mobile and in‑shop auto glass replacements for all customer types
• Remove and install glass for body shop customers
• Perform windshield chip repairs using ROLAGS standards and glass‑weld procedures
• For technicians wanting to expand knowledge and earnings, offer training to perform ADAS windshield recalibrations
• Pre‑inspect customer cars and document pre‑existing damage in Ultimate’s mobile app
• Inspect required parts for damage and report issues for resolution
• Work 8 am‑5 pm Monday through Friday;
  Saturday availability is limited to teams seeking additional hours
• Work flexible hours to meet market demands beyond the standard 8 hours per day, including overtime and same‑day add‑ons when needed
• Ultimate will provide required Dupont/Dow and AGSC training to attain required certifications within the first 30 days of employment
• Identify problems in the field, including pre‑existing conditions that prohibit safe glass installation per AGSC Standard

• 3+ years of auto glass installer experience preferred
• Ability to identify and communicate unsafe work conditions and report timely to manager for correction
• Must be able to stand for long periods during the repair of a vehicle
• Must be able to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver’s license

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands, arms and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
